Dead Rising - Blizzard Sector

I don't have an X360, but I am now seriously thinking of buying one to play Dead Rising. I'm a huge fan of most all zombie movies so when I saw a serious attempt at making a mall filled with em' I got all excited. Has anyone here played it yet?

there was a movie just like this...*thinks*...day of the dead maybe. i laughed at the commercial when i first saw it.

Yeah, pretty much straight from Dawn of the Dead's playbook. That movie was awesome.

idk lol. in the commercial, it showed him kicking a soccer ball and he knocked down like 4 zombies. i liked the thought of the chainsaw part though

Its a weird game i played the demo on xbox360, you can use many things as weapons such as books or signs, attacking is weird though each attack looks exactly the same with the same outcome, but its fun jump kicking them, the zombies fly like that soccer ball. Its a fun game but i bet you will get bored of it really quickly.

That game looks pretty fun but i dont like xbox i've had many bad experiences with xbox so i'm a playstation man.

i own the game and its badass and yes you can bash zombies with ANY thing and their stupid and slow, as it has been stated "This game is not ment to be a horror, but more of a zany gore fest" sure it has its scary, horroy and gore to it but hell its fun cutting through a crowd of zombies with a chain saw, and yes once you beat the main game fun things un-lock like you have 72 hrs 2 beat it and yes first time i played i was like WTF?!?!?!?!?! but then you find it dosent really matter becuase you can unlock unlimited time mode and such, but then the bosses thoes are somthing else...such as a psycho-chain saw wielding clown that can do back flips up the walls and screams insanitys when shot? or a mexican that some how obtained a sniper rifel that tears shit in to pieces? or a mexican with a chain gun such all thing your job is to survive kill things have fun and find out what happened to the mall(Ill tell you it has to so with mexicans)
