edit: i voted on xbox 360.... cos i currently own an xbox n alot of games i currently hav for eg: project gotham racing 2 n halo 2; they r startin to develop the next game (pgr 3 n halo 3) for the xbox 360 n i wan to noe the continuation of halo....

Xbox 360 just looks good. Most likely I will end up getting both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

None, since they'll be obsolete as soon as they come out. Game systems are like cell phones, the more gadgets, the better. I'll stick with what I got, thanks.

I'll be getting the Revolution first thing, I love Nintendo and I heard it's going to be backwards compatable with the gamecube (Woo! I can still play the new Zelda!). It just looks like it's going to be pretty good.

EDIT - Oops, forgot to say that the Revolution can download pretty much every Nintendo game EVER. Which is awesome.

Ps3 next, because I like Sony. =D

Xbox 360 just doesn't appeal to me very much, the price is somewhere around $300 I heard, and I don't like the design all that much.

If I can, I'd get them all though, but Revolution would be first.

I would say that if i got one of the new game systems in the future (which i probably won't), I would stick with the tremendous respect that I have towards Nintendo, and I would get a Revolution. I shall be playing the new Zelda with Mage when everyone else is playing Halo 6 billion or something like that.

Ps3 and xbox 360 both are going to be expencive as hell I hear, nintendo revolution will probably be at most $200 when it comes out.

i just read about REVOLUTION today... looks sick, ninentedo's going with the cd's now.... i also heard that bill gates is gonna realease Halo3 on X-Box360 just to compete with PS3.... but, you can't compete with PLAYSTATION!!! XD

nintendo revolution also allows you to download games from nes and snes which there were some good ones. but i still prefer ps 3

Not to just bump the thread or anything but looking at this has really made me realize somthing more than ever.
This stuff about consoles, it never gets anywhere and eventually dies out because everyone gets it out of their system and no longer has somthing to blab about. -And this does not just apply to video game consoles, every thread is subject to this, like people have said many times history will repeat itself.
I'm debating weather I should just close this and let it go its course or ask an admin to outlaw video game console threads altogather. (Exept when new consoles come out of course)
I mean do we really wont to all hear the same "XBOX PWNZORZ UR CRAP HALLOOOO L3ET7zage" REPLY: "NO IT DARNT XBARX BLOWRZ!" over and over again?
And even though this thread is about the next gen consoles, no one could care about it too much because the threads about them in small talk are barly surviving and this one is on the brink of death.

I don't really wona do that but its been done so many times before and its old.

(Before anyone calls me a hypocrite, realize I made this thread to stop the millions of threads that where being made)
