Credits: 150 Spent time on board: 0:22:14 Hours Rep Power: 3    | Some people search forever For a truth they'll never find Buried just too deep And lost in the sands of time Some people learn their lessons Some others really should But sometimes life is cold And I wondered if they could I dream a dream A tale of envy As old as the mountain side I dream a dream A world unending Rushing with the ocean tide I dream a dream So unforgetting So that it won't be gone I dream a dream Where I'm escaping Leaving behind it all Some people never see it And then it's truly gone If only they had known What they'd needed all along But there are things you can't take back Words you think are left unsaid I pray that you will listen So that you might understand I dream a dream A tale of envy As old as the mountain side I dream a dream A world unending Rushing with the ocean tide I dream a dream So unforgetting So that it won't be gone I dream a dream Where I'm escaping Leaving behind it all Time has not forgotten In the end we all have to fall To pay the price of the living There's no way to escape it all In the end was it truly worth it That power in your veins Was the lonliness your calling Or were you a child without your name? |
