Are 62 Defense Unidentified steelrends worth anything at all? Could I perhaps fetch a SoJ with one?

Its off on base defense, which is probably going to devalue it. I just need to know if its devalued to the point of not keeping or not.

its the same way as flamebellow with inferno leap, only you use the ice inferno and leap or something like that.
