08 items in 1.11 will never be legit. even online shops that sell permed dupes won't sell them because they are from an open to closed exploit and cannot be permed, other than temp perm each game. legit my @$$

Eh it cooould be legit, I dunno whether it is or not though. I had many legit 08 items back when I still played and that was in 1.10. sadly they went the way of the dinosaur when I stopped playing long enough for my accts to expire, but some people who played in 08 might have legit 08 items still
