You could get atleast a hr for it from some noob.. Thats what i did with a +2 ele skill 20 fcr (rest shitty mods) circ..

It does have a lvl 40 req on it, so it's not all bad. Parade it around on www.lld101.com in the MLD section. You may find a buyer there.

it could have been VERY GOOD and close to godly (or maybe godly) if it just had 1 more skill mate. 3sk circlets are the best for chars. shako is not the best! in the guides they just write a shako because they cant tell you to find the best helm in the whole game..
