Seeming as though it has no Res its not GG, only thing it has going is +11 strength. I don't think you will get a high offering price for that.

considering its lvl 49 its really not bad for mid lvl duelers but not at GG status due to being +2 instead of 3

rares can't be +3, but it wouldve been gg if it had been +2 sorc with mana....maybe 2 sockets....maybe resists....maybe stats.......
