This isn't exactly new news but nonetheless it is news.
The medic has been removed from Starcraft2.
I dont really support their decision to do this because I think the Medic was an essential role in the terran infantry.

I guess it is for the better, opinions?

True that, plus the Zergs' defenses are now mobile, meaning Sunks can now walk anywhere and just sit down ( on creep that is )

Well, Medics was just another hassle that created additional micro requirements to the already micro intensive Terran. Now without the medic hopefully the Terran's biological units become stronger. =]

I don't think medics were to far down the tree, teching quickly with terran was what it was all about anyway so you go spit out 2-4 medics with a good group of marines and go straight into seige tanks.
