Computer problem - Blizzard Sector

ok my brother was on the computer and was going to play cs and randomly it found some virus. so his comp said he had 2 restart his comp in order 2 complete the virus cleaning so he did and now he cant even go on his comp. it always freezes when it says "windows is starting up". we tried 2 put it in safe mode but that didnt work. it just kept making this beeping noise and and said something like press f2 to go to setup and f4 to restart. we tried 2 press f4 sometimes and it just kept bringing up the same msg. any ideas?

Do a system recovery with either a disk he got form when he bought the computer or the recovery could be installed in the computer and you could access it by one of the F keys.

Well im guessing that when it restart it was by the virus, and it might have deleted some system files so either do what LBR said or u can reformat the comp, but u have to have your bios set for cd/drive before :C drive so if not access your bios and do so.

the bio that u would have to change btw is boot sequence
