I get this messege Your cdkey is being used by (Bayarea)thats me
and it says wait five minutes. I dont know whats going on and how its being used by me if i just started up my comp

so now ive waited five minutes and it still says it. It only says it for us east (my realm)

just means your game was interuppted when you were playing, just wait out the time

Task Manager > Process > Game.exe > End Process

(Although D2 isn't running Game.exe might be, so go check it just to be sure.)

tryed that but then i restarted comp which is so obvious i didnt think to do it:P and it worked thank you anyways

Usually bots do that. When you just close Diablo without quitting. It's about a 20 minute time thing. I remember I used to get "Your cdkey is being used by Fuji."
