IM BETTER THAN YOU, just doesnt work anymore, u need real reasons and statements to BACK UP your argument, and also, its a matter of taste, so claiming something is better is ur opinion, and not fact.

Ugh... Whats with Z_cn? Most of what he says is'nt even close to true...
Such as the "can understand what rockers are saying" obviously he hasnt listen to rock at all... Now death metal and Heavy metal i can agree wiith on some levels but other then that i can understand every thing perfectly, so he should go out listen to some Pink Floyd, The Doors or some other classic rock, and the whole rap is about life thing... Listen to Social Distortion's albumb Prison Bound and you'll know what Mike Ness went though when he was hooked on heroin and got prison for 5 years. <_<

back to the subject rock > rap and i hate it whne people stereotype it as screaming and i hate it more when they stereotype it as whining and complaining. one of them (the wiggers) came up to me the other day in school and started telling me about how bad rock is and he gave me an example "american idiot" i hate that song also and i explained to him to differetn genras and we now both make fun of green day selling out and all that faggy sugar coated piles of shit called emo.

once you educate someone they are more likely to have an intelegent argument so maybe we can explain the different genras for all of those ignorant people....i agree with changing his username whoever said that :)

Rap is all the same I **** my hoes. I have lots of money. Im all about the west side. Im a gangsta. Add a few rhymes and you've got rap, and its the same fricken beat over again and again and again the music never changes its really boring and really no time is put into it. Rock is basically a small orchestra where almost everything is done by hand. (I myself have my own band and friend helps me record.) Precision is key and its all about teamwork. In rap you say the words and have everybody else do the work for you. Rock has its rythm, guitar solos, a bridge and a chorus which really makes it enjoyable to listen to because your not hearing the same thing over and over again.
