When I First Got Into My New House, The Only Think Offered In My Area Is Dsl Internet. So I Went For It. Also You Need To Have A Phone Line In Order To Have It. The Phone By Itself Is $30, The Internet Is $60. When I Lived In Chicago, My Dls Was 50 And Fast As Lightning. This Dsl Here Is ****ing Horrible. I Did An Internet Speed Test And I Get Like 160 Kb A Second If Im Lucky. Cable Now Has Finally Come To My Area. I Was Very Happy To Find Out Its 3 Mb Down For $45 A Month. Now, My House Has A Gate Which Dosnt Lock. The Tech Never Even Bothered To ****ing Look, He Just Assumed It Locked. I Called The Company And They Said The Technician Had Already Come By But Couldnt Make Contact B/c The Gate Was Locked. The Gate Isnt ****ing Locked. All He Did Was Leave A Reminder On My ****ing Gate. I Had My Other Stuff Shut Off B/c I Was Getting Cable. Now They Cant Come Out Until Next Week. I Was ****ed Over B/c The Stupid Ass Technician That Is Supposed To Install My Shit Cant Even Operate A ****ing Gate. So I Said "cant I Pickup The Equipment And Install Myself"? "no The Tech Has To Do It" Wtf Is That Bullshit. Im Sorry, But I Needed To Get This Out, My Internet Is So Slow That It Affects The General Things Me And My Girlfriend Do. For Instance My Call Of Duty 4 On My Ps3 And Her Homework. I Cant Even Watch A ****ing Youtube Video W/o Pausing It And Letting It Load Ahead B/c My Shit Is So ****ing Slow. I might go so far as to say my problem. My DSL is relatively fast, well, its the fastest I've seen since my "siblings" get so much viruses on the computer that the cable goes slow. Well thats besides the point. My modem likes to log out, then it can't get the password or whatever. I can't remember, but the point is, I have to log in to get the internet back, and because of this, my router stopped working and I'm not a computer person so I don't know how to hook it up by memory. So I have to find time to set it up step by step from the instructions.

So it's going to be a pain, but I have no problems with XBL.

Whatever, go to your User CP, and go to profile options, somewhere in there is an option to hide yourself.

3MB? I have 100Mb lol. Anyways, yeah those people they send out aren't always the best. Well, you won't have to wait too much longer for internet at least. Also, can you get wireless internet beamed to your house from a satellite? That would probably solve your problems if you live out in the boonies.
