erm..
if the earth werent billions or even millions of years old.. how else would we have fossil fuels? and where did all of those fossils come from ? science again points to a really old earth, and of evolution
god exists outside of time. i know that that is a hard concept to grasp, but he just exists outside of it. then that way he can set off the big bang and still be here to witness us

I honestly don't see science disproving God. I see it as explaining how and why the world works the way he made it. Just because science seems to disprove him doesn't mean it does. We as humans may interpret something differently or wrong. It would makes sense for God to make a world that was held together by miracles. He would make one with laws and rules so that it could hold its own.
Live, Learn, then STFU. I am Jack's smirking revenge.
Hate to tell you all, but Jesus was a "mortal" man, who founded a public society(forgot the name, have to look it up, starts with an E) in order to opose the Church and their teachings. A man named Peter, who wanted to befriend Jesus, found himself rejected of Jesus's companionship and induction into the society. Peter, then pressumed to write a Biography for the man named Jesus, proclaming him the Son of God. I have to go research this some more but will be back with an update with some pretty sensible logic.
It is my personal belief, that Jesus was not the Son of God, but a patriot for his country.
i am also interested in seeing your theory of Jesus not being the Son of God.
By the way, if you think the tail bone is useless, think again: that is so you dont shit on your self randomly. If you dont want it, may i pay to have it removed from your ass?

^^ what?
lets get back on topic.
creationism and evolution can butt heads if you want them to. however, they can actually fulfill each other. like ill say it again, we dont know what trigerred thebig bang or what was before that. we dont even know where atoms came from. that is where creationism comes into play. we can say that god set about the motion of the universe. and then evolution takes its course after that

There is no real logical begining ot the universe, really. To me it makes more sense to just say there was nothing before the big bang, as opposed to say that there was an intelligent creator. Because then there is no idea to where it, god, came from.
No compassion- like having a straight faced orgasm.
well then i can argue that god was always there. to set in motion all of those events. that is where science stops. and you have to believe in something.

the flying like superman may be a bit dubious..
you cant really use that kind of arguement mainly b/c everyone knows that you cant.
i know that you are going to say the same thing about christianity, but there were some pysical evidence left behind. dead sea scrolls, etc etc

Until you can prove that I can't, I'm like a ****in plane in the sky.
God was a creation of mans imagination Just like the tooth fairy and santa claus. Do you still believe in those two? Accept the truth. You're just another pointless life on a blue dot in an infinity huge universe that we will never see even a millionth of. We are all insignificant. We live and we die. That's it.
Saying that a God doesn't exist simply because you can't prove that one does is simply bullshit. It's reverse logic. It's retard logic. In the intelligent world, shit only exists once it's proved to exist. Like the moon and earths orbit around the sun.
So unless you have a picture of you giving god a BJ, then one doesn't exist.
even though we truly have no proof of god except for the bible, look at what we have done. Scientists continiously try to prove that events in the bible happened, and time and again we find truths in the bible whcih can explain that there is a god. If you ever read the bible, you'll remember the story of the village that became corupt and sinful and blah de blah, and god ultimately decided to destroy the village, saving but a handful of people. Just recently have we found two twin cities buried in rubble and desolation both with signs of events of an earthquake, an attack from a nearby kingdom, and volcano ash. those three combined at the right moment then would have made god's presence known, and easily wiped out the village.

Why yes I have, and much more. You get to see all kinds of money in movies.
First off...generally, in movies, the amount of 'money' shown is greater, paper wise, than in real life to make it more interesting. Plus the fact that it is not actual money shown in bulk for movies; makes me believe you have not seen a million dollars.

Ok...if you say that 'time and time again we find truths in the bible' you have to give at least one example of science proving God. I remember some scientist that were trying to find Noah's ark. Which reminds me that the whole story of Noah's Ark is nearly impossible.
