about sorc's cast rate????

hey i heard that sorc needs 105 fcr to touch 8 frame?? wut dose that mean?? and if sorcs use coh then they cant touch 105 fcr.....
can anyone tell me wut items to use for a fire sorc? for the best fcr.....:)

Frame: 8

FCR needed: 105%

Casts/sec: 3.13

Damage boost: 63%

%Inc of damage: 13%

You just need to get over 105%, unless you can't hit 200%, it's useless to get more.

Arachnid Mesh 20%
Heart of the Oak 40% / Oculus 30% / Eschuta's 40%
Ormus 20% / Vipermagi 30%
Lidless 20%

Then you can go with rare amulet, +2 to fire skills and 10-20% FCR.

umm..... if your nl then just use an Armageddon Fletch ammy for sorc its got faster cast and +2 to all skills as well as resists, life and mana

is there any big differences between 100% / 105% FCR?

Damage boost: 44%
%Inc of damage: 11%

So basicly if you have 100% FCR, it's useless, unless you hit 105%. So you could just go with 63%.

dont u do the same dmg no matter how fast u cast, except for the fact that your firing faster, and doing the same amount of dmg but faster.
