Sorceress One of the rebellious women who have wrested the secrets of magic use from the male dominated Mage-Clans of the East, the Sorceress is an expert in mystical creation ex nihilo. Though somewhat lacking in the skills of hand-to-hand combat, she compensates for this with fierce combative magics for both offense and defense.

Default Es sorc without telekenis - 11-27-2006, 06:36 PM

I have made a es lite sorc mainly pvp all around and i didnt max telekenis for the DR. I was wondering what are your opinions because i have made 2 lite sorcs so far the one above and one with max telekenis and i enjoy the tanking ability but their is too much dmg lost IMO. I was wondering what are your thoughts on having an es sorc with just one point into es.
-Thanks

If you are a pubby, go for it, even though it won't help too much. If you are into private and good dueling, it's not worth it. In GM private duels, you are not allowed to drink mana potions if you have any points in ES.

If you are going for good dueling, go for max Telekinesis.

People usually max telekinesis and they don't skill es itself at all.

A +9 es +3cold armor memory is used saving you skillpoints.

i made a light sorc for all-round pvm/ w/e i want to do with her (stats are flexible) and she has and es sorb in the high 80's with one pnt into es and one into telekenisis. so a few more pnts or a memory staff would have it at max right? idk i use it keeps me alive lol

AngelOfSin, you don't even know what telekinesis is good for lol. There is no point in even increasing your es level unless you ahve 20 hard points in telekinesis.

The dr for telekinesis is roughly 25% for 20 hard points in telekinesis.

As far as I know, there is no DR% in Telekinesis.
