Stats

STR: 75-95
Dex: Base
Vitality: all the rest
Energy: 100

A lot of people say none into mana, but for u I suggest some mana because your cheap items might not permit good energy enhancements.


Skills

Max: Fire Bolt, Fireball, Meteor, Fire Mastery

Prerequisites: Inferno, Blaze, Firewall, Telekinesis

1 point wonders: Warmth, Ice bolt, Ice blast, Frozen Armor and Shiver Armor, Teleport, energy shield, chilling armor

Extra points: Put into inferno for mete synergy.

As for the 1 pointers I strongly suggest energy shield and the shiver armor; with the equipment points they are really good defense enhancers. The other one pointers are up to you. You definitely need teleport unless you plan too have enigma (doubtful.)

Equipment
I don’t know what cheap gear to use but here is what I use: Shako (p-topaz), Skullders (p-topaz), Magefist, Occy, Lidless, Rising Sun Ammy (+ 2 to fire skills), 2x Nagels, and War Travs

In Europe, Tal sorc dueling is very "in" at the moment. Best sorcs on realm can rape almost anyone with their Tal sorcs. I am not 100% sure about the build, so I'll see if I can whisp a few people.

I can verify this is 100% true, over the last week none of my east or west friends were on, so i made a start on europe, got a full tals blizz sorc, basically 1 hit kills anyone in a duel. anyways, everyone speaking french there gets annoying, i was playing europ this morning and found an ali baba and a shako, im making hammerdin now too, got a hauberk enigma for some ists i saved up for

Blizz sorc isn't such a good option for Tal sorc, but if it works for you, great :)

but the reason i wana use tals is because this is what i do i make one ownage character get over use same gear on new char then get over it, but ive made a good trapsin i dont wana split her gear up so thats why i use tals set.

thats about it no spare arachnids or anyhing so i thought may aswell make a tal sorc

also no spare rings at all besides a manald and a nagel, ive also got perf nitewings that i could sell but i'd rather not cause i love it so im unsure guys help me out mates.

i do have a 10 / 10 sorc torch but no gcs so it isnt going to be great just fun to pwn noobs and friends with.
and please guys dont fight over this, and frater is righ i'd rather just have the tal sorc, other gear is too expensive i only have 4 hrs left and thats for a 4 bo cta lol.

By the way, if you thought that you'd find a cheap way out, you are wrong. PvP Tal sorcs are incredibly expensive. Of couse, you can make a cheaper variation, but you will definately get owned on a daily basis.
I know most of the gear that you'll need, I just need to confirm the jewels with my friends (yep, jewels are very important to this build). Rings must be 2xSoJ, because you will be hurting for damage A LOT, and that's why you must also use Spirit. You must also have 4x lifers, in order to make up for the Tal set (c'mon it's not really the best choice for gear).

Anyway, as I was saying, you shouldn't bother making one if you're not very rich ~~

lol ill say agina mate, im making it just as a muck around char to duel with my firneds not srious pvpin, so i wanted to get best possible build to get for that.
beccause im not UBER player like you guys and i dont take it so seriously.
