Cold/Light/& a bit Fire Sorc ...Best ever. Need help - Blizzard Sector

I used to play D2 for about a year or two right after it came out..and have not played since then. Anyway when it first came out i had a lvl 85 sorc and it got hacked so i made another sorc on another acc.
My sorc was lvl 94 with blizzard and nova..which i think is a good build, she held her own in PvP quite well vs. other sorcs, other sorcs could kill shit quicker with amazing damage(remembering firewall sorcs with 35k+..)..but its a fun build. I had some firewall and meteor too. But i've totally forgotten the build..or even what to do with a Sorc. She had 75+ all resists.

Im asking for someone to help me on how to build her back, so she can own with blizzard and nova and still have points left over for fire(i want her to do as much dmg possible). Im not into the whole low mana..i like my sorc to have about 800 (she had 940) atleast and 1000+life (she had 650-700 i think..but hey) with 75+ all resists and 75-80 str, She also had very good defense and block

She was used for rushing, MFing, cowing, just plain fun, PvP..basically anything a Sorceress can do

I need help on Dex needed..(totally forget), Vitality, and Energy and what level i should be to expect a good base. I plan on buying an already leveled Sorc (lvl 80) with all stats and skills left for me too choose whatever i want.

and what gear i should use. all pimped out. she used an Um shako, an Um stormshield, wartraveler boots, those chain gloves for sorcs, two Sojs..etc etc. I think she used Tal Rashas armor, and the occuclus. i forget the rest

And the skills..need help with them too

i wrote a whole response to this yesterday but when i went to post, the firewall at work wouldn't allow me too

here's the brief version:

Pick one tree, minus Orb/Meteor and a few other col/fire builds, the 1 tree is the only viable build now. Due to synergies, which i'm sure you have looked at/read about, in order to get the dmg you need to invest in more than 1 skill. therefore, you lose ~60 skill points to really "max" a skill. read guides on here and on www.battle.net/forums.shtml <--- the skill discussion forum and www.d2jsp.org <--- click on forusm and then PvP or w/e the build thread is. Chose one that looks the best and go from there. (The guides on here tend to suck however).

Nova sucks now by the way, blizz is easily dodged PvP, i'd say meteor / orb if u must go 2 trees, otherwise go for a 200fcr Fire Sorc if you can obtain the gear or a 105fcr dmg fire sorc / light sorc. Sorcs are REALLY gear dependant to do well PvP, so keep this in mind.

Dex = enough for max block IF YOU WANT BLOCK.. if not then none. Use this Max Block calculator , also very useful info here: http://dpw.bounceme.net/d2/

Vit = all if you are NOT GOING Energy Shield... if ES, then you will have to look up on guides regarding this, not familiar with ES builds

Ene = All or Mixture of Vit/Ene for an ES build, otherwise NONE.

Str = Enough for Gear WITH Items / Charms / Torch / Anni on.. including with end game Rings/Ammy/Circlets/etc .. anything that gives str.

You should check out the guides, and figure out what sorc to go ... the guides will list gear and skills as well.. GL bro.
