is a 15% ormus robes lightning dmg +3 cl skill a good base to put a 5-5 light die facet in? and also would that be better for pvm or pvp? and how much would it be worth with facet in the ormus robes?

It'd be great, you'd get more damage but probably lose resis if you were using a CoH but yeah good for PvP and/or PvM. ...and as for price... as for top offer =D
