Sorceress Help Plz *Mf*

I really need sorceress help here ive been oplaying a while but ever since thet patch i cant make any good chars....so unless sombody tells me how to make a good character ill blow...HELP

Well frum what ive seen a lot of people have been goin with a blizzard and meteor synergie build. I dont know how good it is but i am making one right now
