paladin: what are the cast bps?

im creating a hammerdin and i was wondering if anyone knows the faster cast breakpoints.. because im wondering if i should use
frostburns (for the massive mana boost)
or magefists (for faster cast and regeneration)

*edit* ok i chose frostburn for the massive mana increase

with 2 sojs (50%)
+40% from frostburn and 15% from hoto, its quite a bit
(105)

i didnt see it anywhere
ok i found it

50% for 11 frames
75 for 10

so using hoto arach magefists would make u do 80% and reach the 10th framerate

i might use magefists
u can close this now

A better alternative would be some Rare/Crafted fast cast gloves with +pally skills.

yes i found out frosties give +40 more mana then magefists, and no regeneration

not +40, +40%! There is a HUGE difference between 40 and 40%. If your mana is less than 100, 40 would be better, but if more, use +40%
