okay.
so.
Uber Smiter.
Helm.
I have a 30res 29DR CoA.
Should i keep the CoA or switch to Shako or G-Face?

Overall, it looks like you'll be all right, however:
1) Have you calculated your attack speed? You seem to be pretty low on it. If no, search the forums for the attack speed calculator that I've posted a million times.
2) You have both LW and Exile, and whereas that leads to nice Crushing Blow and Life Tap, both of them are actually pretty unnecessary, especially since you are using Dracul's on top of those. Additionally, your damage will be pretty low. I would swap the Exile for an upgraded Zaka, it's like the highest damage shield in the game.

I would switch the ammy to highlords for IAS. But whatever u use it'll still be good.

Remember a successful Uber Smiter does not require expensive equipment. Coa is definitely not required. Most important things are a good CB% and lifetap. Lifetap from Drac's alone actually requires a pot or two sometimes before it procs. I personally had to switch to Guillaume's Face for more CB because I used Grief and not Last Wish, I was a PvP Smiter. XD

I don't want to calculate but did you reach your highest Smite breakpoint?
