Heyy everyone i just rejoined up on D2 again. I need a perfect build for a smiter. I need skills attributes and items. I need him for Ubers. I am not poor so i just need the perfect build. thanks.

Note there is no perfect guide its w/e you feel helps you do best

Uber Smiter:
Helm: Shako
Armor: Chains of Honor
Shield: Exile Vortex Shield or Zakurum Shield (Ethereal)
Weap: Last Wish Phase Blade
Gloves: Draculs Grasp or Upped Bloodfists
Boots: Goblin Toes
Belt: T-***s or Verdungoes
Amulet: Maras Kaleidescope
Rings: Ravenfrost/Wisp
Inventory: 1x Annihlius Rest 20/5's (since your so rich -.-) save 2 space for torch unless you got someone to help you

Stats: (Like Always)
Str: Enough for gear
Dex: Max Block after Holy shield
Vit: Rest

Skill:
20 - Smite
20 - Fanactism
20 - Holy Shield
Rest - Whatever you like most likely Resist Lightning

What's the best Armor to have a CoH made of? And what should the Shako be soced with? And Goblin toes are my best bet on shoes? not like marrows or treks? And what has the highest recommendation? T-***s or nosforatus? and exile with ed or res all?

-CoH - Archon or Dusk
-Shako should be socketed with um ber or cham up to you
-Not sure about goblin toes or goreriders just the first smiter boots that popped into my mind
-Exile with res all definitely

WWhat Boots are best for smiters? I'm being told from different places different things. Treks, Marrows, Goblins, Gores. What is the best? Also do i want a shako or do iwant a CoA? I know CoA used to be the choice. But it's been a while since my last smiter.
