Help my Smiter for Ubers (Poor) - Blizzard Sector

Okay xO so I decided to make a smiter for ubers and was wondering what I could get for it on a budget and still do it well. I do have 2 nice items and 2 rich items for it so far...

Last Wish PB
AP CoH
Dracs
Gores

What else do I need?

What shield is good to use? Exile, Phoenix of HoZ?

xO this post looks horrid and incoherent but if you can make sense of it please assist <3 thanks.

Go with exile if you can get a high glitched one because the life tap helps a low. If you can't get one go with hoz.

A low defense exile works too, and they cost lesser than a herald of zakarum. You don't need those godly ethereal glitched exile to do uber tristism.

Preferably yes but it isn't absoultely necessary. There aren't many that I have seen which aren't eth.

preferably an eth exile, need highlords, helm can be vamp gaze, CoA. Belt can be verdungos or tgods. Ring 1 can be bk or soj, ring 2 must be raven cause it helps a lot.

and btw afro, the title sais "poor" the stuff u mentioned like CoA and verdungos doesnt really help much here

Dungos isnt very expensive, and anyways i said tgods and vamp gaze also, you can get a hold of those at a relatively low price with some merchanting.

Armor:Your coh i guess or you can sell it for exile and get guardian angel
Weap:You got it
Shield:Exile or iono whatever you can afford
Belt:Strings of Ear make with what you have
Glove : Dracs
Boots:Goreriders
Amulet:+skill +life amulet
Ring1: Dwarf
Ring2:Ravenfrost

Only use highlords if you need the IAS, otherwise use a maras or a nice rare/crafted.

Also, if you're using LW you don't need dracs or exile. Go with upped HoZ as it is higher damage. And you can use your gloves for any mods you're missing, like ias or resists or even rends for the 60 ED.

He happens to be using a LW which to my knowledge has no IAS. The DS is probably for the minions since 1 point zeal + LT > minions.

HoZ is a more balanced shield when it comes to smite damage. Vortex exile would have the potential for higher damage ;\

I'd go with the LW/HoZ w/ gores, dracs/CB gloves, and LW phaseblade. For the rest just use the suggestions that Espada gave.

Fair enough, I guess I always ignored the minions because i killed the bosses so quickly.

HoZ has higher average damage than any other shield, including exile. Of course exile has a huge range of damage, so some hits will be higher, but some hits will me much less as well. Which can kill you if you're not tapping enough life to make up for the hits you're taking

no-one ever mentions ber'd Stormlash. lots of cb & static is awesome. is also plenty fast & durable.
