help my smiter build

this is for pvp and i was hoping some one could give me some more ideas on what skills to use and item to use as well.

my gear is

400-40 grief zerker { should i get a 400-400 grief pb}
mage nig
dracks
dungros
1bk
1r frost
2 ber coa
cats eye
eth up'd hoz { zod } { should i get an exile or is up'd hoz best }
25 dex dancers { i should i go for gores.. i have no crushin blow at all }
on switch 6-6 bo cta....with pally sprit
20-10 pally torch
19-17-9 anni
29 5 res 20 life sc
9 3-20-20's { workin on 9 more 20 life 5 res sc }
2 pally comb with 12 fhr gc's { to hit the 86 fhr bp}

skills are

20 smite
20 fanta
20 HS
20 Light res
1 vouger { eh cant speill i know :[ }
1 holy frezze
1 salviton
rest in fire res

this is my buld and set up so far....i have props killin some peple and smiters..
im still tryin to get better skilled with my smiter..but some of my gear needs to be better imo if u have any idea how to help me it would be awesome.

i heard crushin blow is really good to have and i dont ahve any % of that at all..should i use gores or something else to have some?

eh sry this is on uswet ladder.. forgot to say that.. i dont knwo if that will help or not

Ok your typing is worse than mine..this is an accomplishment. Best thing is to PM Frater (a Supermod) He is in charge of these type things,but his computer is down for probably 3 weeks,and he will make random intermitent appearances.
I pray for his soon return as I know ABSOLUTELY jack squat about D2.
Other than that PM another Mod or Admin..please for the love of ***..do not PM me>.<

Use Exile, you get an awsome aura you can get an ez 30k+ def and you get max block pretty fast. Skill +'s don't really matter on smiters.

Rings
You have to change your rings constantly...
Be sure to have these....
2x Bk
2x rFrost
2x Wisp
2x dStar

Wepon
Go with the Phase Blade

Helm
Get a CoA(ber/ber)

Not to sure about your skills though..
I would look more into that.
Your gear looks ok, other then what I said up there..

1. uhhh exile hell no stick to eth upped hoz
2. your skill allocation is correct
3. yes you should change to goreriders
4. change your ammy to maras
5. dont change to phase blade zerk is good
6. change your glove to +20ias +str/dex glove
7. its vigor XD

Us west/Non ladder
I missed gloves...
Use the 20ias gloves.

i perfer PB, but it really doesn't matter.
Only use maras ammy if you don't have good resist.
Use the exile 100% you will be noob if you don't
All smiters use exile. Just make sure its vortex..

If i were you i would get 1 raven and one dwarf for scorcs and an eth exile vortex (i know that's expensive, but judging by your gear you have stuff to trade) (and a vortex because it has the hitghest smite damage) Instead of nigma i would use CoH on smiters and other melee char's because leach, %ED, damage reduce, replenish life, + to res, etc. you catch my drift. And you really need gores. the PB you got also.

Not a bad build, but i must say for some reason bugged tals are a must for smiters, i have them and with a 396/38 grief i have only meet a few out of many smiters that top me.

YES do go with an eth vortex exile.

My smiter does (according to my "c" button) 3.6k smite dmg, thats with pvp eq. pvm (uber trist) eq he does around 3.1k dmg with bo. I would advise you to use botd pb for ubers for obvious reason... 60% ias. With my uber eq i pwn ubers in less that 1 and a half mins. As long as you have good items with life tap, and critical hits stuff like that you will fly through ubers.

first of all botd is garbage why would you use that if you have a grief pb second i only use zerk cause i reached bp third coh is not for pvp but for ubering lastly i use eth upped hoz for gm duels and you should be able to clear games with a eth upped hoz so exile isnt needed cause eth upped hoz deals more dmg then exile

First off you DIDNT read my whole post as i was describing uber eq not really pvp!

We (A friend and I have tested this) Botd is better for uber tristram than grief! As griefs enhanced damage does not really apply to ubers hardly any dmg difference!

His smiter owns me nearly everytime in pvp but in ubers he takes over 3mins. i do it in half the time.

No.... you use the Eth Vortex EXILE
Every GFG Smiter uses the build i posted up there. "MAY BE LITTLE DIFF"
But every GFG uses the EXILE..... Every smart smiter knows that....
Stay away from that Hoz.... Use that on a Hammerdin... lol

hey frater sry bout ur comp breakin.. that sucks...thanks for the info on the es light sorc answer 4 me....with this smiter... one of my friends on d2 helped me out with the smiter build so if u dont want to write up the smiter guide u dont have to.i ended up jsut makin him 100% for ubers and got me a light es sroc for pvp..so dont worry a bout this.but ty 4 offerin the help any ways and ty again for the help on the light sorc question i had

Well the build is a bit different then.
And i didn't mean to put the combat grand charms.... I wasn't use'n my brain... and i was at my girl friends all day... So my brain wasn't even in the right place lol..
