Oh ***... I guess I'll just write it up again since I couldn't find the link for my latest Smiter essay.
Skills:
20 Fana
20 Smite
20 Resist Lightning / Resist Fire
rest into Resist Lightning / Resist Fire (max one first, then start skilling the other one)
Additionally, you need all these:
1+ Holy Shield (need lvl 14 with all gear)
1 Holy Freeze
1 Vigor

Stats:
STR: enough for gear (you may actually need quite a few points here)
DEX: enough for max block with lvl 14 Holy Shield and Zaka
VIT: rest
ENE: none

Gear:
Helm: CoA Ber Ber (need perf DR% on CoA)
Weapon: Grief BA 34%+/+400
Armor: Enigma / Fortitude (Enigma is nice for FRW% [easier to desynch], Fortitude is nice for resi and more damage)
Shield: upped Zaka Ber (or Jah if you're using Enigma)
Gloves: rares 20%IAS, +20 STR, +15 DEX, +3x triple resi (fire, light, cold)
Boots: Shadow Dancers +25 DEX (imo Shadow Dancers > Gores)
Belt: Verdungo 15/40
Ring1: +20 STR +15 DEX +3x triple resi +life +mana
Ring2: perf Raven (if dueling Fire soso, you can switch this for Dwarf Star. Don't use Wisp if you are already using Fortitude)
Amulet: Mara's
Switch: obviously CTA with pala Spirit.

Inv:
perf anni
perf torch
Enough 5@/5%FHR scs to reach 86%FHR. If you picked my set of gear, then Shadow Dancers - 30%, CoA - 30%, Verdungo - 10%, so only need 4 extra SCs.
Fill rest of space with +20 life/5@ until you get all resi max and stacked by ~10, then fill rest of inv with 20life/11 lightning or cold charms. These are extremely nice, because with constantly stacked resi cold sorcs and FoH's can't touch you. Also very nice in TvTs.

Defence is pretty much pointless in PvP. Even with extra defence you'd get owned by the avarage barb, unless you BM. Bowzons are easy anyway, so you won't need defence against them. That's pretty much it.

edit: but you need lvl 14 for max extra block %. It does not increase after that.

is this character going to suck in ubers?

umm holy shield gives damage to smite and fort doesnt add damage

It can do it, because of the stacked resi, but due to no Life Tap it's going to be difficult.

Yes it does. All off-weapon ed% works with Smite.

i noe this is the wrong place to post but does any one have a coa ft?

would double up'd tearhaunch be good for the vigor if you don't plan on getting 91+? also if you end up w/ skills left over and you have 85/85/80/75 res would it be good to invest in defience to pk weak barbs?

No, Tearhaunch would definately be a worse choice, in my opinion. Go for either Gores or Dancers.

I don't think you could have any points left if you have 85/85/80/75, unless you sacrifice some gear, i.e. Infernostrides, however that would be contrary to the point. If you have any skills left, I'd say that Charge would still be the better option instead of Defiance.
