the first question i have, i looked through for it on arreat summit faqs an other pages but couldnt find precise answer. according to arreat summit, pally auras dont stack (well duh). however, what if three pallys were using concentration, fanatacism, and might- would all the % damage enchanced from the three auras stack, or would (for example) concentration "cover" or "subsume" the might aura since it is just a better version of it?

the second question is more strategy-based... how good of a weapon is last wish for a smiter?

thats from arreat summit... i thougth the lifetap and high crushing blow makes it pretty useful, esp since weapon mods apply to smite dmg... the lvl 17 might is what prompted my first question (above) since i was wondering how that would work with maxed fanaticism.

anyway, all answers an advice would be helpful, thanks

yes the ED stacks, and its hard to tell if grief or lw is best on a smiter =/ but they are both the top smiter weapon

Some auras are stackable, some are not. For example, if you have 3 hammerdins with Concentration, only the highest level one will count, but if you have 3 palas with Holy Shock/Holy Fire (also Dreams and Dragons), all of those will stack.

Generally saying, party auras don't stack, i.e. Concentration, Fanatiscm, Salvation, etc, but individual auras that don't affect the party will stack, like Holy Shock, Holy Freeze (yes that stacks) and Holy Fire.

I wonder whether Redemption stacks in theory?

edit: Best Smiter weapon for PvM is LW. For PvP, Grief is not just the best, it's the ONLY one that you should use.

why everybody loves grief i readed the whole forum here and everybody saying grief is better then lw but WHY lw got a 3th life tap (exile and draculs) it got many CB it got fade and a nice might aura that keeps the dmg up that IS seeying so why is grief better only for the dmg?

Grief adds much more damage because of the +damage on it. The Might aura on LW only adds ~800 or so damage I've been told, not even close to that on Grief.

LT is BM in duels.

CB is pointless in PvP.

whats BM :P? sorry im not so good at diablo 2 so and mayb a doom it slows the enemy's down with a aura and got 2 skill for dmg what do u think of that.

NN Doom on Smiter, too low dam.

BM = Bad Mannered, i.e. Life Tap, excessive absorb, etc.

Might and Fana do stack as they are different auras. LW still sucks though.
