Maxing Out Block? - Blizzard Sector

Hi, i am deciding if i want to max out block atm. I have 30k Defence with holyshield and only have 35% chance of blocking. About how many more dex do i need to fully max it out at 75%? Im wondering if its already too late because i decided not to max it out earlier and now im lvl 85.

But i think i can go to 90 going all dex. Thanks

This guy has a lot of calculators. I know that you are making a Smiter, so you can also find a calculator to find out your real damage with Grief (bugged character screen does not show +dam calculations with Grief and Forti).

edit2: What level is your Holy Shield? If you cannot get max block by level 90, consider either remaking your char or putting Eld into your shield (if you can socket it, that is). However, there is no point in Eld in shield that has already more than 68% chance to block.

u could always get some +5dex large charms with +life mods so that its not entirely usless in ur inventory

i maxed out holyshield and i dont think i can eld anything let me check the calculator

no..im going to need like..167 dex =/

Is this for PvP? Start a new char, decide which level you're going to reach, calculate how much base dex you need with your char, and try not to level higher (the higher the level, the more block you need).

Using Exile?

yeah exile vortex shield but if i put in dex ill lose health, isnt it a tradeoff?

In PvP max block is a must have. It's ok to have less life, if you avoid 3/4 attacks.
