question about smiter - Blizzard Sector

okay before i ask my question, heres what my build is gonna look like.

Equipment:
Helm - Vamp gaze
Wep: Black Runeword War hammer
Shield: Eth Exile Royal Shield (Couldnt afford vortex)
Ammy: Maras
Armour: Coh
Ring 1: P BK
Ring 2: Raven frost
Gloves: Dracs
Boots: Gores
Belt: Dungos

Skills:
Max Smite, Holy shield, fanatism, defiance
Havnt decided on other points

ANYWAYS
The main question is: Is the Eth Vortex shield the only one that gives Res to all?

use a shako instead of gaze.
use a black FLAIL instead of war hammer (war hammer is too slow)
ANY paladin shield can give +resist

protector and kurast shields i think give all res. instead of those weapons use grief ( a low one is really cheap ). and for helm i'd recommend guillames face.

Well any paladin shield gives resistance..

yea guil for the good cb% and added str (str good cuz ubersmiters usually dont wear torches)

gaze ll and ml dont work when smiting also when in trist most is the mages that own, cuz d and b easy to kill so mephs mages own,

so dr on dungo, eh
i use tgod for str, vit, max lite res, lite absorb

and bk... uuhhh +skills not that important on smiters and leech dont work when smiting

i go dual rfrost so less dex, more pts into vit
