Which Paladin Shield?? - Blizzard Sector

This is for my smiter.

NOTE: The stats are shown in Normal difficulty. ALSO- Without Holy Shield On.

The Um'ed Hoz with my stats:

Or this rare shield i found from hell andy.

I would like a personal preference from someone who has had experience with smiters...also, notice one does more damage, and i would like to know whats better.

u can only do it if ur on ladder. check www.battle.net/diablo2exp and then look for the cube recipee to upgrad a unique armor

if your ladder to up ur hoz use lem ko and perfect diamond in the cube
also go with the hoz for better res and more +skills

if your Nl i would just stick with the second till you can get exile just because it gives more dammage but somtimes that changes if HS is on.

I have a smiter, very nice built, my opinion stick with hoz, less damage yes, but the resistance is way greater, better blocking also, and +20 stats? Hoz is by far better, damage dont really need to worry about tell you get exile which owns both =P

Yup hoz is the best to go with...In duels it owns just as much as exile and in pvm it owns so its your best bet..

well, so far the best shields i have for my smiter is alma negra, hoz, and that rare shield, now im having a really hard time gettin the runes and the best shield for an exile, is there anyone that could tell me if there is an easier way to get one?

imo i think until the hoz iz uped or u get exile use alma it has the skills and the average dmg is better than the targe or hoz
