I vote for the PS3. I play sports games cause I'm not great at sports. The motion sensor thing kinda ruins it for the people who want to play without having to play. Wii is still a cool system, but beyond Smash Brothers there aren't enough titles to get my money. I'll buy a PS3 when they become available again and drop a little in price.

It's time to revolutionize gaming in areas other than graphics. Now that nintendo has taken that step, xbox and ps3 will follow and try to "out-do" nintendo in future releases. So, there is still hope for all you Xbox and PS fiends.

i'm going with PS3, I have always been a huge sony fan. Never owned an xbox, wii, and probably never will. Although I do own a Gamecube but those games are pretty fun.

The only difference i see between the wii and ps3 is that the PS3 has amazing graphics but the wii's gameplay completely overshadows the ps3's greatness. I've been very lucky to have gotten to play with both systems, so i know how they work.

I say Wii. Zelda and Super Smash looks great, and thats within the first few weeks of the release. The new Mario World I've seen previews for doesn't look too shabby either. Ps3 looks great, but I think the Wii takes it. A big step in NextGen.

The wii is nothing but an afterthought for me. Its like a system I would want to play with my buddies when we are sitting around getting drunk. The graphics are not that great, and the gameplay is horrible in most of the third party titles. About the only thing that interests me about the wii is the virtual console.
The ps3 has awsome graphics, and many great features. On top of that it is a HD-Movie player which for the low price of 600$ is very affordable. It also works togher with my psp which opens up many more cool possiblities.
The 360 would be second.

i think the wii is way greater than the ps3. like in hawaii 600 bucks is alot. (everything is expensive in hawaii. like gas is 3.37 when i last checked for unleaded) so if u were put the ps3 in the long run 4 hawaii it would cost a whole lot. the wii is cheep and 2 me gameplay>graphic. like whould would wanna play something like halo when theres nothing 2 kill with the awesome graphics.zelda and mario games were always fun except super mario bros. 2

actully yes but only 2 the gamecube games. theres a secret compartment on the top where u plug the comtrolers in and the gamecube games work in the wii game slot. for the nes, snes, sega, and n64 games u gotta buy off the wii as u prolly all know. only if the wii could play sony games 2... then it would be greatest thing ever made

What is so great about the Wii gameplay? I mean except for sports game and party games, I do not see the appeal of having a controller that I wave around a screen. Not for RPG, Action, FPS or any of the games that most people like to play. Not only that what is the deal with having to plug one controller into the other, If its so great why isn't the second controller wireless? To me its a cheaply made system marketed towards kids and casual gamers. No hard core gamer will think that system is great.

Jordan if you haven't played the wii (it seems you haven't) i don't see how you can make those comments. Try it out, i bet you'll enjoy it. Well... unless you're obese. Then you'll prolly hate it.

Wii doesnt appeal to me, yeah the whole virtual thing is a good idea. but honestly if i wanted a workout i would run on a treadmill. other systems have gotten people used to a normal controller and some people still like that feel like me. id rather play a racing game on my controller rather than an actuall racing wheel. I dont like Wii for there game titles. I have always loved sony for their game titles and will continue to do so. so far the only thing ive found thats good for 360 is halo2, and gears war, but wow thats only 2 games i like. Therefore im PS3 all the way

-sidenote- after they ****ed up mario by putting a waterpack on his back, i lost all faith in nintendo
