I've never did a pnb necro, but I'll say the obvious.

20 to bonespear and all things that give synergies to this. 1 to a curse that you like to use (decrep, amp, or lower resists if that lowers physical).
20 to boneshield
1 to bone prison


Gear - Research gear, and gear that does + to skills will probably do. I'm thinking a wand and shield thats like +2 necro, +3 spear and/or spirit, and + to life. If no wand then definitely hoto, its probably better than a wand like that any way.
Enigma obviously. Sojs for skills and mana, bks might be useful for life.
Shako definitely for helm. Maras or a 3pnb lifer. 6bo cta. Arachs. PNB skillers, try to get lifers on them.
Try to get 20/20's scs. Obviously a torch and an anni thats high as possible.

What happened with your stats bro, remake the necro dont use any.


and get a white wand with a lotta bone skills and make the runeword White I think its called that

He probably doesn't have enough gear to have base stats.

Well if he doesnt have the gear he shouldnt even be making a PVP necro char.

Maybe he wants to make one for shits and giggles?
