I never made one myself, but I would put a hoj poleaxe dragon armor and dream helm on an act 2 holy freeze merc then once the dude your dueling is down to one life tele near him and auras will finish him off. I dont like nova necs though cause if you got good resist the poison will do shit all damage and antis = anti poison.

And mercs in duels usually dont last very long...so i suggest that unless this is for pvm, dont make a merc at all.

Oh then.
Get an act2 Holy Freeze merc.
Throw on it an Insight ( if you have trouble with mana) If you dont throw a Ebot ( awesome damage)
Fort as armor, Andy Helm.
