dose lower resist lower the magic resist? 1.10. some ppl told me they dun lower magic resist anymore...

well, i would think that it has the same stats as it did in .09, seeing as b.net has not officially changed the skill mods (as they have done with most other alterations made to skills/items) so i would assume that they have chosen to keep it lowering magic res :) i don't think anyone short of a blizz rep themselves would know for sure tho..-_-
