Can some one plz post a guide for pvm mostly / pvp for a bone nec. Can u include skills + stats and max block or not plz?

Here is a link to a PvP bone necro guide. I don't think you'll find many, if any PvM necro guides because, to put it bluntly, they pretty much suck at PvM.
