Necromancer A master of death, the Necromancer summons the Undead. He eventually has the power to bring the dead back to life. The early creatures you can control are Golems, Skeletons, then Skeleton Magi and increasingly powerful Golems.

if ur str is hi enough u can use a spirit.

Eh, spirit's Str requirement varies, but if you're intending him to use it in anything similar to a monarch, he has way too much str for a necro.

My Summoning Necro (He's old and I'm remaking him, read on you'll see why)

Slayer Death-DoM
Level 55 Necro
115 strength ( < thats why, unless i convert to melee necro im screwed)
50 Dexterity (Kinda Low eh?)
160 Vitality
30 Energy

Eqpt that's notable -

AOKL
Oul's Wing
+3 Circlet
+2 Amulet
2x Soj's

This puts me at +12 to Raise Skeleton and Skeleton Mastery, +4 Curses, +8 poison/Bone

My Blocking's Horrible, But I'm hoping to put on Trang's Belt to gain set bonuses off of the shield.

I reccommend that you use the following :

Enigma
Magic +3 Circlet w/ 20% FCR (Or Shako if you dont wanna find <this)
R/C Ammy +2/10 FCR/STR/DEX/RES
2x SoJs
AoKL
Hommunculus
Arachnid's Mesh (Ultimately, High Clvl Requirement)
-Option A for Boots/Belt/Gloves (Set item Route)
Trang's Gloves and belt, Duped Rare boots w/ Lots of + Strength (+18 Fireball, 15% regenerate mana)
-Option B for boots/Belt/Gloves (The Epensive, Better route)
Marrow's (No longer bugged, but can't forget the skele mastery points), Frostburns, Arachnid's/Trangs (trang's early, Mesh later)

That'd be alot more +skills than i have. I also reccomend 10 pts in amplify damage. This provides you with a stable curse for all purposes and will eliminate physical immunities easily (Except from Hell apparitions that spawn with the boss modification Immune to Physical, they have a PDR of > 150%)

Put at least one point in CE early on, more later if you feel the need to put there. I didn't. BTW, if you got pure skeleton with only prereq pts and 1 pt in most other skills (+10 total in curses) you'll finish around 50-55 (where my skelemancer was). This is a breaking point where you can decide to become more P/B or melee... This is a build turn point. What you decide here is the ulltimate hybridness of the build. If you want to make lots of revives, you'll need enigma to teleport so you can keep you minions close to you.
