Is there a hero editor for Median? If not is there any way to edit your charecters gold/skills/items w/e?

There is no Hero Editor, and I'm pretty sure there isn't a way to edit your characters, items, etc. Sorry.

Yes there are editors for Median, but because I do not condone them, and the fact that it will most likely corrupt your character if you try to do so, I'll let you Google it on your own.

i have heard that UDIE Too Editor can edit for median mod.

Ugh lol I was trying not to post it so it wouldn't be mentioned on the site lol; oh well. Yes, this is the editor people use for Median. But, like I said, don't expect good results. Also, don't plan on playing on Hamachi or online with others, because you kind of become a target for attacks. Have fun. ~jedi

Hero Editor for median? I haven't heard of one... but I came across yesterday that you can edit your characters doing something special with udie2... check on ladderhall.

Udie 2 is pretty easy to figure out,but the only reliable method is to learn some basic hex editing,stats and gold are super easy to change once you find the right offsets,but finding the right offsets is kinda tricky sometimes.

Udie2 does indeed work my friend, for I have recently installed Udie2 and clicked the wrong character to edit and ended up editing my median character and I'v encountered no errors, have fun I hope my response has answered your question.

Knowing Laz, I bet he's pissed about people finding out how to hero edit their characters for his mod.

I'm sure he knows that people do go to far limits to cheat (duping, hacking, etc), but the best he can do is to just look forward and mod for people like most of the regulars at his forum and other legitimate players who know cheating is just dumb, and that you are just cheating yourself out of the game.

Sadly, Udie is the kind of editor that is meant to be an anti anti-hack hack or something like that. In other words, it is flexible and can sneak by to work with most modded versions of Diablo. Laz has made mention of creating anti-hack (or was it anti-dupe?) methods in the game, but I don't think they were really ever put into play.

Well, if you try to relocate your skills with PlugY I know that you lose most of your skill points (although stats do work). I'm not sure if Laz changed this or not with his later versions though.


I don't feel like making another post...Laz disabled some of the features in PlugY to disallow reallocation of skills and stats. People can tweak it to its original setting, but like you said, it's bugged and users will most likely have their points vanish. ~jedi
