I just installed it and I think it's great. My question is, will it get me banned from b.net? I know it says it wont work on b.net but if I were to connect to b.net with the median patch_d2.mpq installed will I get banned? Or is this not considered "ilegal" by Blizzard?

Well, it wouldn't work first off, and I believe Blizzard wouldn't be happy for you trying, so don't try. However, if you are somehow getting bored of single-player gaming you can still play Median multi-player. You can play on Open B.net, (only with other Median users of same patch and plugy or not) or over TC/IP with players (you can find your IP through websites that will tell you your IP, and also there is a program called Hamachi that serves as a way that will allow you to join channels and get IP's easily).

By the way, look forward to a new patch; 1.46 should probably be coming out within about a week or so. Laz has been working hard on it, and I'll try to let you guys know when it comes out.
