this is my first time playing diablo2 expansion and i got up to act 3 but got raped everytime and i got tired of it so i decided that i need help...or mod someone told me if i mod i can get kool stuff is that tru? if so plz help me to mod teach me

if you just want to win get a Hero Editor ya know edit like your skills a bit or something..and about mods search for some mods im sure they have something that can help like wolfs mod good rune drops and such you can get a drop mod that will drop a lot of items :) so you wont die as much

if you're talking about just normally playing, lvl up in act 2. you're probably too low lvl thats all. and try to not spread your skills too far out etc. you don't need mods, you're new and just need some more practice.
