That could be done, but it would lead to occasional 'eternal states' that never go away, even when you save and reload the game, and states that cancel each other out instead of stacking or replacing, potions not working and all that interesting stuff. I believe you can even stack antidote and thawing potions in classic LoD, but neither has competition from other potion states, while there are few states in Median that do not conflict with other states.

Nice job on ver. 1.31 (LAZ). I've noticed a lot of balancing issues have been worked out, especially the + all stats. Though..my char is almighty in destruction, due to the jewels I had previously. I think I've created the Ultimate Pally. 15-18k dmg w/ crucify, and I'm not sure what the dmg is on my other skills, but I use fortress (close to a wall, so the towers are spawned all next together), the skill that enhances DMG/DEF, at the cost of velocity, and finally, the skill that has a timer, but does an area effect stun 2x DMG. Also, vortex for the ubber boss's, while I stand there tanking, using fortress, when my 4sec timer is ready. At this point, depending on which gear I've equiped, I've got at least 1443 Crafting points (crafted armor/gloves with sockets) or 650+ MF. My basic gear is focused on Life Leech, +Life on kill, RES, and most jewels add stats and faster R/W. Desctruction = 80 Res All (I got an UNique Charm). Still using 2-H sword can't find anything to compinsate this, though I use a unique sword/shield for Craft/MF.

I have one suggestion, I'm not sure what the monster is called, but even on my P4 2.26, 1gig mem, 256 Video Memory, and XP pro tweaked to h*ll, that when these female's with wings die, sending multi-colored orbs everywhere, and combined with a few of my "on monster kill" items, I get an extremely slow Framerate (maybe 1FPS). Perhaps, you can limit this monsters death skill, to less orbs, more dmg? Other than that, I don't get any reduction of FPS.

One last thing...I'm not sure if this has been discussed, but how high a lvl can your char achieve (99)? Is there some way to...nvm. Well, I was hoping, that as powerful as my char is, to have a 4th difficulty...that maybe has super strong monsters, but lower RES/DEF. I know, you can only work with what the game is...and adding an additional difficulty would take...a lot of time/work. For some reason, I like building up chars, and then, with there currect stats/gear, start the game all over, having to collect WP's and Quests.

I'm going to have to check at my appartment, but for now, I can give you a general idea.

For the most part, all my items started from gambling, because of the item lvl, it is closer to your char lvl, than some of the stuff dropped from the monsters.

Right now, all my gear is tier 6 (mainly because of the high def and # of sockets). Pretty much, I gamble for a tier 6, rare piece or armor (of each type). Then, I craft this rare, to get good mods and the max number of sockets.

Rings = Spectral craft (I look for High RES and 3%LL)
Amulet = Rage craft (again, I look for the RES, +skill and a high +STR)
Gloves = Pain craft (any attributes are acceptable, just looking for max sockets)
Helm = Shadow craft (Just look for sockets, though gift of shadows is a +)
Torso = Elder craft (Just look for sockets, +skill, and 1 high RES)
Belt = Sun craft (+ stats, Res)
Boots = Eagle craft (look for the highest R/W and 1 high RES for use with Lionheart)
If at least all of your armors have one high RES, accompanied with the rings/amulet, you should be alright with RES, even in Destruction. Also, try to get the unique charm from the uber boss (the one with RES)

Luckily, before this latest patch came out, I had collected a lot of crafted jewels, that add +10 - 15 to your stats. I crafted
magic Jewel + Any Perfect Gem + Ist Rune : Total Character Damage Plus 2-3%

Save all jewels, that add + stats or 20-25% Res of one type.

My sword is the Demonsong Flamberge (6). Filled with Eth runes.

My Stats, are primarily STR & DEX, but after a certain point, You only need to put points in DEX, it'll affect your DMG/AR/DEF, which is more useful that the Dmg from STR.

Skills, I've maxed LIONHEART, CRUCIFY, LAST STAND, GUARD TOWER, VANQUISH, FORTRESS, MOUNTAIN KING, DARK KING and VORTEX.

Hopefully this will help for now, I'll have to get my info from home, and hopefully post it tomorrow.
