Fortunately, you don't necessarily need the cube as much in the earlier levels, since you're more focused on leveling up. What you can do is keep on going through the game, and you should be able to get another Horadric Cube from the Travincal Council (A3). Just try not to lose it - the cube becomes
very useful in the game.
