Widescreen monitor?

I just got a new pc and my wife suprised me with a new widescreen monitor to boot (yay) but I dun think I can run mmbot with it because I can't do non widescreen resolutions. Thoughts?

Well its a pixel bot but in my experience with bot(i changed screens quite a few times) never really seemed to effect it. as long as you keep the resoultion it wants.

Not even that. I run it on 1680x1050 without a problem, just make sure that all the ingame settings are correct.

yeah for some reason I got it into my head that you had to have an exact desktop resolution with 16 bit color, when really you only need at least that resolution. Oopsy ;P

You don't need the desktop resolution, it can be anything, just as long as colour is set to 16bit.

Like I said, I play on 1680x1050, meaning that the 800x600 diablo is in the upper top corner. Desktop resolution does not matter.
