can't revive merc - Blizzard Sector

Hello im having a problem i use rishodis pb and everythign works out fine but when my merc is killed next game when it tries to revive merc it doesnt do it here is exactly what happens.

a new game is created character goes to waypoint and goes to act4 then walks up to tyreal and clicks on him then instead of clicking ressurect it clicks on introduction then nothign happens and it leaves tyreal and walks arond for a bit before quiting game then making a new game and going back to act5 then quiting game then in new game goign back to act4 and trying again but same thing it clicks on introduction, and its a loop like that.

does anyone know how to fix this problem??

i want to be able to do it with my merc not just my character by her self because merc is her tank and is needed, i also thought that if merc ressurect fails such as not enough money it would still go and kill pindle but i assumed wrong well anyways please someone reply helping me.
