A lot of those are actually real and quite useful. The Solar Powered Flashlight charges up during the day and then can last a couple of days of use I believe, and if you are outside hiking or so, it's the perfect type of flashlight.
They have Reusable icecubes, those little plastic ones that you just put in the freezer and use w/e.
A book on how to read? Isn't that all you do in school at younger ages? It's a picture book and has words to help you learn the meaning of them.
Skinless bananas would make it much easier to get them lol, don't have to worry about ripping it open, it's like the Express Banana.
As Math pointed out in the other thread, there are Helicopter Ejector seats, and they are useful.

So only about half of those are amusing enough to be a "Blonde" joke.
