Can't use the chat - Blizzard Sector

I can't use the chat. It says I don't have permission. I'm wondering if it's just me or if vets haven't been changed to be allowed in the chat. Or did the chat get changed?

Hadn't bothered to update it so the new vet group can use it.. Didnt think anyone used it anymore.

EDIT: Try it now.
