trojan?

I use this: http://virusscan.jotti.org/ to scan all the files and after I scanned the clonehunter 2.2 and mm itemreader they both came up with trojans is this supposed to be there?

For example for the mm itemreader:

Use ad-aware. If it shows up there, it's present in your computer.
