When mods go to close forums,Why dont they(You) just delete it permanently unless it really has something imortant on it. Threads just take up space (like this one:

) so why dont they(you) just delete them.

well some people miss the endings of the thread and it's really amusing to read all the rants and raves all the way up to when the thread gets closed
