:: Unused/usless accounts takin up space? :: - Blizzard Sector

Hello there fellow d2s members,

I was recently looking through the "richest members" list, impressive points by some but disapointing by others. I thought id find my account within the last pages, but i guess the ppl with -9999 points beat me there.

Well ne way, as i was huntin for my account i saw AROUND 300 members WITH ABSOLUTLY NO POINTS.
I presume these accounts arent in use anymore, and that they may also be taking valuable bandwith from the server. I just thought it would be a good idea to delete the really unused accounts with 0 points, in like a 6 month margin or sumtin. Its not really my problem but it may free a bit of space, i dont really know ne thing about servers, but maybe this could make site run slightly faster when another boom of crazy ppl come here with questions about the new patch and why they're mh's dont work:

Many people always put all their points into the bank to gain interest.

You can't use bandwidth if it's not downloading. It only takes server space.

uh yea space is what i meant there, and doesnt the "richest members" thing count the bank?
if it doesnt, then just close this or sumtin, my bad

No. It does not count points in the bank.

They could always do the, theintensity.org runescape cheat site, if your not active within 7 days your deleted.

Deleting the dead accounts would make the site look more organized.

Indeed it would, i used to be a member of HA HomeLAN Alliance on CS i went outta town for a week and my *** was deleted after i was a huge member. But inactivity is a killer.
