Looks like a bit of a ripoff from Prey.

Lots of people are saying it's a rip off of Prey but their portal system is very diferent. Also, I believe it's Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and not a new game (Funny though they'd release a trailer for a new expansion so soon after releasing the first expansion).

This was very intruiging to me, it looks like an awesome game, and it's not it's own release, it comes with the next installment of HL2, and would probably be the only reason I would get it.
