Hey i just traded a BER rune and i want to know if its perm.. Is there a way to find out?
Any method to make it perm if not?

you aren't going to like my answers, but they are 100% correct so her goes.
there is only one way to tell.
join alot of games, and if its still in your stash, it was perm.
if not, then it was a dupe.
in this day and age, runes were not meant to be carried from game to game.
either throw it on a mule, trade it, or socket it/ make a runeword with it.
you can make it perm by upgrading it to the next highest rune.

Yea know way to check and more than likely its a dupe, upgrade it like John said.. I always used to make sure I had my armour ready before trading for HR then socket it straight away.

Or do the trade perm thing the whole time but I always forgot sometimes and it stung.
