Use bots on other accounts - Blizzard Sector

Hey guys, there is a noob question

I'm not really a botter, because in 1.09 ALL my accounts get deleted and I pissed off bnet. But now I play it since last ladder restart. So my question:
Do you think it's safe to create an account with just one char on (pindle/andy/meph sorc) and bot with second PC...
My MF sorc got 597MF, how much is important to find godlike things at pindle/meph (found alot of shakos/occus and so on.. but i don't really need that, need kickass stuff

)
